PAV's Customer Support is a combination of Pre-Sales Technical Support, Post-Sales Technical Support and Training Support.  

 

Our Customer Support Service goal is to provide superior support to customers, enabling them to maximise their productivity with PAV products.  PW Comms is responsible for providing customers with technical, product and systems support. We aim to quickly and accurately answer every question and resolve every issue - with the first phone call.

 

Customer Service

 

Field Installation teams consist of knowledgeable personnel to assist you in the installation of your PAV Products anywhere in the world. They will assist you with your system planning, installation, configuration and ensure your PAV products are delivering the bandwidth and connectivity solution you demand.

 

We recognise your commitment to getting the most from your PAV products. For this reason, PAV has developed a support programme that ensures you will receive both the latest versions of PAV documentation, software, and complete access to technical support.

 

Training

 

We provide a range of training options to enable customers to install, maintain and operate PAV equipment. PAV's training program is designed to ensure that key disciplines within your operation are professionally trained to operate, administer and support your PAV equipment throughout its life span. Training courses provide PAV customers with the skills and knowledge necessary to realize the greatest potential of PAV's products in the shortest time possible. As the leading provider of FSO training, PAV delivers best-in-class methods and facilities to teach participants the theories and principles of the technology and how to fully integrate the technology into their own networks. Training courses are tailored to an audience that includes system engineers, system administrators and installation technicians. PAV appreciates that each customer's training needs are different - different methods of delivery provide maximum benefits.

 

Instructor-based Training: is performed at PW Comms in England. The training facility used is product-dependent, and students have access to PAV products, allowing hands-on training.

 

On-site Training:  For Customers who need to train a group of employees at the same time or want to avoid travel expenses, custom On-site Training is the answer. We can deliver standard training, or create a customized curriculum, tailored to your specific applications, needs and objectives.
